Brass lathe is a process in which the base metal is supplied to the machine, and then shaped by cold working (crystalizing). The components of a brass plate are turned so that their shape follows the contour of a casting die
The manufacturing process of brass lathe is similar to that of aluminum. However, there are some differences between them. First, when working with aluminum, you need to use a grinder or CNC machining center for shaping; but in this case, we need to use only a lathe. Second, because it has more flexibility than aluminum, it can be shaped into various forms with little effort. Thirdly, it can be used for more complex shapes than aluminum can achieve.
