I'm going to assume you have an idea for a project and want to use a CNC router. Before you buy one, make sure you know what you are doing and how to properly operate it. While I'm sure there are lots more fascinating blog posts out there about the world of CNC routers, I don't want one to pass without giving you some sensible tips on drilling the stub of a CNC router
I've been working with CNC routers for a while now and I'm still learning new things every day. In this post, I'm going to outline some of the most important tips and tricks that will help you get started with your first project
There are three main steps involved in drilling your own CNC router
1) Choose the right material for your project
2) Determine how many times per second (RPM) your machine should be running at when cutting materials like wood or plastic using standard drill bits (the larger number is generally better)
3) Choose an appropriate size bit for your material.
