This steel has been hardened to around 50 Rockwell hardness, which makes it very hard to bend or break. It also has a good amount of flex in it, which means it will hold an edge for a long time even when used for everyday tasks such as cutting bread or opening boxes
The handle is made from 6061 Aluminum and features a black anodized finish with laser-etched grooves that give it a unique look and feel (please note that this process requires special care and equipment).
