Stainless steel is a great material for making pans and cooking ware, but it's not the easiest to work with. If you're just starting out, here are some tips for getting started
1. Purchase a quality stainless steel pa
The most important thing is to purchase a high-quality stainless steel pan that will last. You don't want to end up with a cheap piece of junk that will break after one use. Even if you think that your pan is good enough, you still should have it professionally cleaned before using it for the first time
2. Clean it right after us
You should clean your stainless steel pan right away after each use so that there's no buildup of food residue or other substances on the surface that could cause rusting later on down the road when used again (or when left out in the open where moisture could seep in)
3. Season your pans properl
When seasoning your new stainless steel pan, take special care not to overheat it by placing too much oil into the pan at once or allowing too much water to evaporate during seasoning process 〞 these actions can cause damage to your new cookware! Once seasoned properly, allow your pan an hour or two before using
