You'll need some kind of sharp blade and a hammer with a nail in the handle. If you don't have one, one soldering iron and some scrap metal will work as well. Once you've got your fire going at around 2,000–3,000 degrees Fahrenheit (1 500–2 000 ~C), dip your wrought-iron nails into the flame for one to two seconds
Let them cool for about 30 seconds, then pull them out of the fire and immediately drop them into water to stop them from burning up any more.
