The metal processing line is a typical monolithic line for smelting, solidifying, and casting of metals. It is mainly used for the production of metal products and other industries related to their processing, such as the automobile industry, steel industry, shipbuilding, etc . . .
The main structure of a metal processing line is composed of three major components: melting furnace, casting furnace and cooling unit. The melting furnace has a metal tray with an internal baffle plate at the bottom and an external baffle plate on both sides. The casting furnace has a metal tray with an internal baffle plate at the bottom and an external baffle plate on both sides. The cooling unit has a water jacket around it to cool down the melted metal in the castings or smelted ingots.
