Iron and steel are two of the most common metals used to make a car. There are many variables involved in the making of cars, but one of the biggest is found in the forging process
Forgin
The forging process is what gives all metal objects their shape and form. It is a technique that involves heating pieces of metal, then allowing them to cool slowly so that they may be bent or formed into whatever shape you desire. In order for this to happen, it's important that the metal must be heated above its melting point and cooled below its solidification point. The amount of heat applied during this process determines how much force will be applied when moving these heated shapes around, as well as what kind of shape they will take once cooled down again.
