Forging Metal – Weapon, a Triple Threat Albu

Forging Metal is an album that has been brewing for years. The songwriting process began in 2016 and continued throughout the year. It was not until January of 2017 that the band recorded the first demo and started writing more material for the album. After recording some additional demos, they entered The Blasting Room studio in Denver Colorado on March 15th of 2017 to begin tracking for their full length album

The recording process was split up into several stages with each being tracked by a different engineer who worked closely with the band to create a cohesive sound. For example, when recording drums Chris Kinsey mixed it down at his own studio before handing off his work to Brad Boatwright at Double Door Recording Studio in Denver Colorado where all guitars were recorded by Josh Grabelle (Volbeat) with Jonathan Hirsch (The Crazy World Of Arthur Brown)

Once all tracking was completed on April 7th, 2017, it was time to mix it down and finish up any remaining details such as programming drums and bass, adding vocals etc. After this stage was complete, it was time for mastering by Mark Lewis

What is Forging Service

2/ The metal is struck with a hammer or press to shape it into the desired form.

3/ The metal may be reheated and reshaped multiple times to achieve the desired shape and properties.

4/ The metal is cooled and hardened by quenching it in water or oil.

The forged metal parts normally need further processed by machining, heat treatment, or other methods to achieve the final desired properties and finish.
