I've been using cnc machined aluminum factories for making parts and components on my small scale production. I have my own design and fabrication shop which is equipped with all the necessary equipment to make parts and components, as well as molding them. I enjoy hiring people with skills in machining aluminum since they can be very productive once they get used to the equipment
My company has been making these parts for about 6 months now, and we've had a lot of success with it. There are many reasons why I like doing this type of business
1) It's not uncommon for an aluminum part or component to cost around $1,000-$2,000. That's a lot of money to spend! Doing this business allows me to make less expensive products that still function well enough for our customers
2) The equipment used by these factories is fairly expensive and requires maintenance after every use (which can get costly). By going through an intermediary instead of directly purchasing from the factory itself, you can save yourself some money while still getting exactly what you want
3) Aluminum is very easy to machine so you don't need much experience in order to get started if you're just starting out doing this kind of
