What are the components of a CNC machine
The components of a CNC machine are
1. Spindle – The spindle is the main driving force for cutting parts. It consists of powerful motors, gears and bushings that allow the machine to move along the X, Y or Z axis
2. Supports – The supports are used to position the workpiece during machining. They can be made from steel or aluminum and come in different shapes and sizes depending on what you are trying to build
3. Tooling - Tooling refers to all those parts that can be used on your CNC machine like knives for cutting, indexable chucks for holding workpieces at specific locations and also other tools used in manufacturing processes like drill bits, saw blades etc..
