CNC Plastic Machining is the process of high quality CNC milling for plastic materials. A CNC uses the principles of high-speed computer numerical control to provide an exact measurement, shape and size. The cuts are made by a computer controlled machine tool which is controlled by a microprocessor that forwards electrical signals to the tool's motors and cutting tools. These signals are sent over closed wire connections like feedback systems and do not have any direct contact with external objects or media (such as fluids) so they can be engineered to achieve different requirements, such as tight tolerances or complex shapes that are non-intrusive and maintain their integrity during machining operations
The CNC machines can be used for a variety of purposes including prototyping, mold making and production line manufacturing. They are also used in industries such as automotive manufacturing, aerospace and electronics where precision is required and cost savings can be achieved through increased efficiency.
