Cutting extruded plastic can be a challenge for anyone, but if you have a router with a cutting bit and don't have a way to cut plastic, then this blog is for you. It's all about using your CNC router with thin cuts at low speeds without heating up your PCB board or melting the plastic being cut. The methods described here should work for all of the routers on the market today (so far), and many of them will allow you to safely use it with plastic without damaging the material
If you want to cut your own PCBs, this is what I recommend. You'll need an inexpensive mini-lathe and a CNC router with a cutting bit.
