How to Weld Plastic

You can weld plastic with a gas welder, but it's not the easiest thing in the world. That's why I'm going to show you how to use a metal welder and a torch to weld plastic

The metal welder will do everything for you, while the torch is just there for show. You'll need an argon/CO 2 torch, which are both commonly available at welding supply stores

Here's a simple 3 step guide to cnc welding plastic that any DIYperson can follow

1) Make sure your gas supply is turned off and connected to a regulator

2) Set your power source and dial it in until it looks like this: (you don't want the wire touching anything.

3) Connect the wire from your power source to one of the wrenches on your regulator, then connect it to one of your torch tips. (Don't forget this step!)
